-ALL Returns sent to Apex Brewing Supply MUST include a return authorization number and your contact information attached to the packing slip. All returns for refund/exchange must be in original condition and unused.
-Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. All shipping cost’s are the sole responsibility of the customer
-All custom orders/special orders will be handled on a case by case basis.
-Any custom orders have to be cancelled within a 48 hour period from time of order.
